Another Success
On November 28, 2009, Chris Holmes (not his real name) was pulled from a burning vehicle that had just hit a cement barrier, crashed and exploded. Once Chris was removed from the vehicle, the attending police officer smelled alcohol on his breath and allegedly observed other signs of impairment. As a result, Chris was arrested and taken to hospital where his blood was requisitioned for testing. Chris was charged with, Impaired Driving (DUI) while possessing a blood/alcohol concentration over 80 mg.
On December 17, 2009, Chris hired the DUI lawyers at AlbertaImpairedDriving.ca. On April 18, 2011, in Calgary, AlbertaImpairedDriving.ca had all criminal charges withdrawn.
